This started out to just be a recipe testing blog. But, I cannot, for the life of me, not tweak a recipe. Plus, I have an autistic grandkid who cannot have high fructose corn syrup or dyes as it exacerbates his ADHD and his sensory issues. So, we are testing recipes that have been tweaked to add/change ingredients to make for a healthier meal. Some work out great, some not so great. I will give feedback on these recipes, not just my own but others as well. If you make one of them, please feel free to post your feedback as well. I will eventually have another blog relating to raising my special needs kid and another for dealing with life with an autoimmune disease. When I do, I will link them all together.
